• Virtual Design Packages: Perfect for clients who need moodboards, shopping lists, and styling guidance, no matter where you live.
2. Do you work with clients outside of Cape Town?
Yes! We serve clients all over South Africa and also offer remote design services for select international projects.
3. Can I book just a consultation?
Absolutely. We offer standalone consultations, which include expert guidance and creative direction, ideal if you’re stuck or need a professional eye before making big decisions.
4. Do you offer virtual interior design?
Yes! Our online design packages are tailored for remote clients. You’ll receive moodboards, space planning, curated shopping lists, and design visuals, all handled digitally.
5. What’s the difference between your full-service and virtual packages?
• Full-service includes everything from concept to install: we handle sourcing, ordering, project management, and styling.
• Virtual packages give you the vision, tools, and links, you implement it on your own.
6. How much does it cost to work with Zura Interiors?
We tailor our pricing to the scope and type of project. After your discovery call or enquiry, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden fees.
7. Do you help with renovations or construction?
We collaborate with your contractors and can assist with layout planning, finishes, and styling, but we don’t offer structural drawings or manage contractors directly.
8. Can you help with product sourcing and purchasing?
Yes! Through our trade network, we can recommend and source high-quality furniture, decor, fittings, and finishes, often at better-than-retail pricing.
9. Do you design Airbnb or hospitality spaces?
Yes! We love hospitality projects, and we design guesthouses, Airbnbs, villas, and boutique stays that are both beautiful and guest-friendly.
10. How long does a project usually take?
Timelines vary depending on the project size, sourcing lead times, and whether it’s virtual or full-service, but we’ll give you a clear project timeline upfront.
11. I don’t know my style. Can you still help?
Of course! It’s our job to guide you, uncover your style, and design a space that feels like you, even if you can’t describe it yet.
12. Do you travel for interior design projects?
Yes, we do! While we’re based in Cape Town, Zura Interiors works on projects across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Durban, the Garden Route, and beyond. For select projects, we also travel internationally. Travel fees are discussed upfront and tailored to the scope of your project.
